Packaging

  • What are your weight and carton quantities?

Delivery

  • What are your standard lead times on orders?

    Lead times can vary based on our current workload and how we are meeting supply with demand. Some products we may have stock on hand ready to ship, send us an email to find out. On bigger requirements to shipped to Australia there may be a 8+ week lead time for order to dispatch, get in touch and we can advise when we can allocate your requirements.

  • What are your freight minimums?

    Orders within New Zealand are freight free over $150 excluding the shipping of tube.
    For Australia we offer free shipping to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro areas for orders over $7000 and for Perth $15,000.
    For all other areas request a quote.

  • What are your standard delivery times?

    Delivery times vary by shipment, we will be able to let you know when you place your enquiry or order.

    For items in stock we can offer overnight shipping within New Zealand if required otherwise standard shipping will be 2-3 days.
    Shipping times to Australia vary depending on delivery area and vessel availability, delivery can be anywhere from 2 up to 10 weeks. Shipping is largely outside of our control once we have dispatched and cancellations or delays can occur at anytime.

  • Do you offer custom bending solutions?

    Our plant is suited to small-batch manufacturing of standardised items and is not ideal for custom bending of one-off units. We will consider batch manufacturing of special products required on an ongoing basis, so contact us to see if we can help with this.

  • Why Ultibend?

    If you’re still asking this then we haven’t done a very good job so far. So let’s keep it simple: we do it better.

  • How can I set up an account?

    If you’d like to set up a credit account for wholesale purchase, please get in touch and we’ll help you out. You can call us, or if you’d rather email, just let us know briefly who you are and what you’re after, and one of customer care experts will be in touch with you shortly.

  • How can I buy off you?

    We’d love to offer you the Ultibend experience but we don’t sell direct. There are still a few options from here:

    – If it’s just a few of our awesome products you’re after, you could try one of our current resellers.
    – If you’re a merchant and interested in becoming a reseller, get in touch with us and we’ll take it from there.
