Our criteria for opening an account with us is that you are currently stocking and supplying stainless fittings to a 3rd party customer base, or are able to prove the intention and ability to do so.
Urgent out of stock emergencies can often be supplied in less than 1-2 weeks and air freighted at a cost not significantly more than a LCL shipment.
For indent requirements,with typical production cycles (the time taken to cycle through our full product range) of 4-6 weeks, we can achieve an order to delivery time of 4 - 6 weeks in NZ and 8 - 12 weeks for Australia.

Standard Australian shipments are usually sent via LCL, and these shipments usually take around 3 weeks from pickup from Ultibend to delivery to customers in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro areas. An extra week should be allowed for Perth, Hobart and Adelaide metro area’s.
