Delivery
Our delivery pledge is unlike any other in the industry. We aim for lead-times of 8 weeks on stock orders, significantly shorter than the 3 – 6 months the industry is used to. Our small batch manufacturing methods and tight process control are crucial to making this possible.
We have warehouse locations in two countries and hold a large range of standard items ex-stock. This allows us the unprecedented indulgence of dispatching reasonable quantities on the same day you order. Depending on your location, this can mean same-day or overnight delivery, so running out of a vital item doesn’t need to be the same calamity it once might have been.
Support
It’s not just about the tangibles. We understand that. Someone might offer you the best product you’ll ever see, delivered to your doorstep within an hour of the order, but that’s no good if they don’t have the backup to support you.
We always strive to provide that little bit extra. If anything goes wrong (and we do our best to make sure it doesn’t) we’re straight on to it to make it right again.
